At We'll Doo it, our story begins with a love for dogs and a very real struggle we’re sure many pet owners can relate to. Growing up, dogs were more than just pets in our family—they were family. They joined us on vacations, snuggled up with us on the couch, and greeted us at the door with wagging tails that could make any bad day better. Each of our dogs left paw prints on our hearts, but let’s be honest—they also left plenty of other things in the yard!
As a family of five kids who were really into sports, our yard was always the center of activity. Whether it was a neighborhood soccer match, a heated football game, or just goofing around, the front yard was the place to be. Friends from all over the neighborhood would come by to play, and it wasn’t unusual to have a full team on each side. But no matter how fun the games were, there was always a lurking danger beneath our cleats—dog poop.
Countless times, one of us would step in it, smeared shoes and all. Even worse were the times someone took a dive during an intense play and landed in a not-so-lucky spot. The frustration was real, and while we loved our dogs dearly, cleaning up after their “poopy times” (as we used to call them) was everyone’s least favorite chore. We often joked that if a service like pet waste removal had existed back then, we would have pooled our allowance money in a heartbeat to pay for it.
Looking back, those moments of love for our dogs and chaos in the yard shaped who we are today. We know firsthand how much joy pets bring to a family and how much of a hassle their waste can be. That’s why we’re here—to take that chore off your plate, so you can focus on the good times with your furry friends and your family.
